Description:
The Flower Pot pattern was made by the Bryce, Higbee & Company of Homestead, PA in the 1880's. The pattern is also known as Potted Plant. This bread tray has the potted plant on each handle. And embossed on the long sides is "In God - We Trust". The motto is not a crisp as it should be leading me to think that the mold has been in use for some time. The plate measures 1-1/2 inches deep, 12 inches long and 8 inches wide. The foot ring is 8 inches long x 6 inches wide. There may be some bubbles and straw marks in the glass but there are no chips, flakes or cracks.
