Description: Gorgeous Dutch Delft handpainted canister set and spice jar set includes one large canister, two medium-large, two medium, and 6 small spice canisters, all with individual names painted on them and decorated with beautiful blue handpainted floral design. Each piece has a lid included. The entire set has a crackled finish - I do not know if it was finished this way or has done this from age. There are no cracks or chips on this set at all. Some pieces are marked on the bottom in blue - Delft, and some have Delft impressed on the bottom - and some are not marked at all but clearly all are from the same set. It is very old and was purchased in Belgium. The size indicated is for the large canister - the small spice jars are 5.25" tall.
