Description: A beautiful hand pieced and hand appliqued quilt top from the 1930's done in the Dresden Plate pattern. Each of the blocks are 16" square of unbleached muslin fabric with the 11.5" diameter dresden plate pattern appliqued in the center. There are also smaller 6.25" diameter dresden plate patterns that have been appliqued where each of the sets of 4 block corners meet plus 1/2 pattern where each 2 blocks meet on each of the edges and 1/4 pattern at each of the 4 corners of the quilt top. It is in excellent condition with no stains, fading or wear.
