Description: A vintage brass doorknocker that is attached to a hardwood base. New screws have been added by a previous owner. The brass is embossed with a design that is better viewed than I can explain it. Perhaps a religious symbol? The wood base appears to be a hardwood. Perhaps olive wood? Measures 7.75 x 3.5 in. The 2nd image shows a bit more pink color than in actuality. Must have been my lighting.
