Description: Offering this new in the box vintage doll house. Made by Dura-Craft, #LF140, from the Mansions in Miniature series. Features four rooms, 1 spiral stairway, working front door, scale is 1" to 1'; measures 20 inches tall x 20 1/4 inches wide x 14 inches deep. Lovely decorative gingerbread trim and starburst, front porch, window box. Made from 1/8 inch plywood with pine moldings, no rough wall edges, pine trim and brackets, silk screened windows, split redwood shakes, easy assembly, all wood, basement windows, gutters and downspouts. This is new old stock, never opened, box is good with small paper tear at bottom corner. A darling doll house with which you can have fun painting and decorating! Perfect for that little or big girl who always wanted her own doll house!
