Description: Those 3/4" diameter rests must have been meant to hold cigars, and the top cover turns so that when one side is full, you can fill the other before getting up to empty the whole. There's some pitting on the rests and a lot inside, plus some scratches on the lid, but it's a handsome sturdy piece all the same. 6-1/4" top diameter, 4-3/4" bottom diameter, 2" tall including the top knob.
