Description: For sale is a vintage hand stitched depression era horoscope quilt. You will not find a nicer vintage quilt anywhere! Signed: Harriet H. Moss, 6456 Trumbull Av., Detroit, Mich, 1934-1935. (Trumbell is where the old Tiger Stadium used to be). This magnificent quilt has it all! Embroidery, applique, trapunto? and is hand stitched. It is in very good condition and has already been laundered. Some faded spots on underside, but that's about it for flaws. Reverse side is solid ivory, (not reversible). It is 97 inches x 76.5; (full size quilt). It has all the zodiac/horoscope signs with descriptive phrases surrounding each particular sign. About 8 stiches in a one inch line, or 32 stitches in a square inch. Very unique quilt; collector quality! Paypal users must have a confirmed address or use another payment option.
