Description: This small plate in the familiar blue and white is marked Hollands Delft Blauw and has a crown and windmill mark on the back. The very attractive picture features a couple in a horse drawn carriage outside a shop and a small girl beside them wearing wooden shoes. The plate measures 5 1/8” in diameter and has a barely noticeable line under the whip. I am uncertain if this is actually part of the whip.
