Description:
Here is a very beautiful Porcelain Jewish Tray, and Tea Set. They
came as one item, we are featuring the Tray, framed with what
appears to be nickle plated brass, which is somewhat worn due
to the age. The Tea set was made by the Royal DAALDEROP
Company from Tiel and is marked and numbered 320025. It is
also made of nickle plated brass. It has 7 pieces, a coffee pot,
Approximately 9.5 inches high, a pea pot 6.7 inches high, sugar
pot 5.5 inches high, a second bowl 6.4 inches high with a lid, a
cream cup approximately 3 inches high and a smaller cup 3.5
inches high used in the Dutch culture to hold small continental
tea spoons. There is also a heater for the Tea and coffee pot. In
the heater there is a small lamp to be used with a wick and oil.
The ornament on the tops of the coffee and teapots were
mended by the previous owner, but not professionally, the
heater has a handel which needs mending and the edge of the
tray has a tea or coffee mark. The main feature of this set is the
tray with a menorah on each of its 4 sides. Which is in good
condition and is quite a lovely antique. Enjoy the Art.
