Description: This was a fantastic find in the estate of a former Mobil Oil tanker captain’s estate. When it was acquired, it had many coats of paint that hid the excellent detail of the castings. The base and table portions are cast iron. The harp and ship are solid cast brass. The column is reeded brass lamp tubing over a solid iron pipe. (It is assembled the same as a floor lamp.) The ashtray is cast aluminum. It would make a great decoration for your lake or beach cabin or a super addition to the collection of a tobacco enthusiast. Currently on display at Old Store Antique Mall, Beaumont, TX. Dimensions: 32” Tall, 14” diameter base.
