Offering, a Knight in Armour Medallion by S.S. Davis. Knights of Pythias, Past Chancellor Jewel. Marked on the back, Copy Right 1874 SUPREME ___ LODGE, F C B around Shield. Floral leaves etched in house shaped (Silver?) background. Knight is gold plated, with an Eagle sitting atop the helmet. The pin it hangs on is gold plated, with some color loss on the front. It has a working C clasp. It measures 3 1/4" high by 1 7/8" wide. The Order of Knights of Pythias is an international non-sectarian fraternal order, founded in 1864, and was the first to be chartered by an act of Congress.
