Description: Bjorn Wiinblad ( 1918-2006 ) was born in Copenhagen and studied at the Royal Academy of Arts. He had been associated with Lars Syberg, Nymølle Fajance Fabrik, and Rosenthal Porzellan during his long career. This 6 inch tile features a woman and three children, painted in dark blue against a grey/white background. The condition is very good, there are 2 barely perceptible flaws on the bottom edge. The back is unmarked and has a few small chips.
