LAST PAIR AVAILABLE!!!! As stated by Ruth Forsythe (Czechoslovakian Collectors Guild International, Volume 1, No.3), Czech Vanity trays are SCARCE commodity. Up for Auction is GORGEOUS pair of Czech vanity tray handles, depicting green acid etched intaglio nymphs. Vanity tray with identical yellow handles is valued $1,100 in the price guide of the above publication. We secured few handles 8 years ago and had custom made oval mirror vanity tray. All trays are sold out ($295), but you can still get the handles and design your own vanity piece. You won't believe how the light reflects through thick blue glass handles, and bounces back to you from the mirror's reflection, highlighting the frosted nymphs. It was a challenge to capture 3 dimensional beauty which eye so easily perceives is breathtaking! The handles were made from the original 1930's mold by our Boheme Studio in Czech Republic, not available anywhere else, we are the only source in the U.S.A. Size of the handles: 6-1/2"L x 4-1/4"H x 5/16-3/8" thick. Pictured tray (sold out) size was 16-1/2"L x 8-3/4"W. MINT condition, no chips, cracks or "flea bites".
