Description: Dark topaz color cut and polished glass with triangular facets design. This Art Deco style was very popular in the pre WWII Czechoslovakia, Germany and Scandinavian countries. This octagon shape perfume bottle is part of the 3 piece set, other 2 pieces are listed separately (atomizer, perfume bottle) - please see our other Auctions. Each piece has an old paper label with logo and letters A - H. We found also script signature on the base, which appears to be MOSER. However, there are some questions about this type of signature - this is discussed in the "Moser - Artistry in glass" book, chapter VIII (Factory Marks), also pg. 94, plate 171, 172. Some wear on the base appropriate to its age, minor fleabite on the edge, otherwise in excellent condition. Dimension : 3-1/2" high, 4-1/2" in diameter. Czechoslovakia circa 1920-30.
