Description: The shape is right but I have not found the cutting in my Fostoria books. It is a lovely bell shaped Decatur with the original glass stopper. The grass, laurel leaf and flower cuts are beautifully done. It stands 13 1/2” tall with stopper by 4 3/4” across the bottom. Server your guest with this beauty and they will all notice.
