Description:
FABULOUS custom made piece that transforms from a ring to a pendant! The platinum setting contains an oval white base multi fire opal that measures 29.8mm x 12.60mm and weighs an estimated 13ct. The opal has primarily red highlights with flashes of blue and green as well. It is set with multiple prongs, 34 to be exact, surrounded by two rows of prong set diamonds. There are 64 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing an estimated 2.72ct. total weight. The diamonds are well matched, averaging G-H color and VS clarity. The wire basket mounting is extremely well made. The custom made mounting can be worn as a ring and features a clip at the back that allows you to remove the ring shank. That clip snaps into a new position allowing the piece to be worn as a pendant. (Chain shown in pictures sold separately.) Quite an engineering marvel! The ring shank measures approximately 5mm, finger size 7 with bead spacers in the shank to help with stability. A classically styled piece that is very versatile, this ring/pendant is in excellent condition.
