Description:
Here is a pair of teacups with saucers that is sure to make you the envy of all your friends. First we have a Haviland Limoges Vieux Paris demitasse cup with saucer in a gorgeous gilt floral pattern. Within the flowers are hand placed pearlized accents. There is no wear, chips, cracks or glazing. The saucer measures just shy of 5” and the cup is 2 ˝” high and 2 ˝” in diameter. Marked in the bottom of both pieces this set is pristine in every way.
Next is a Coronation souvenir teacup and saucer from Gladstone China. Made for the Coronation of Elizabeth II on June 2, 1953 it features the royal crest on one side and Her Royal Highness’ monogram on the other. The saucer features the crest and measures 5 ˝” with the cup measuring 3” high and 3 ˝” in diameter. There is a small bit of wear to one area of red on the saucer. Both of these pieces are absolutely pristine and would add wonderfully to any collection.
