This original work by Rose Brown shows off her talent as an artist in this medium. Seen here is a small sailboat tied up to the shore with a brilliant sunset display of golds, yellows, oranges, and browns behind. The small boat is showcased before a wonderful display of the artist’s talent in their rendition of the sunset on the horizon. Shadows and reflections mark the artist’s strong command of their profession and the medium. This is truly a must have for anyone who appreciates a luminous sunset or has an affinity for sailing and water.
Measuring at 22.5” x 28.5”, this work is double matted with a tandoori orange over a sliver of black sponge. Surrounding the entire work is a beautiful carved black frame with an antiqued gold and tan liner. The unique matting and framing presentation of this piece was individually selected and created by Le Chateau’s renowned master framer, Jeanette Shoenrock, and bears her signature on the back.
