Description: Beautifully engraved uncancelled certificate from the Commonwealth Oil Refining Company issued in 1966. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a man studying a liquid while sitting near an oil field. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President and Secretary (Robert S. Whitlow) and is over 37 years old. The certificatre was folded for storage otherwise in EF Condition.
