Description:
Collector Bookstore is a retailer of new books located in Leavenworth, Kansas. We specialize in price guides and reference books for the antiques and collectibles industry. Table of Contents While Coke machines are relatively plentiful, other soda machines are harder to find. How many different varieties were made? Were they less expensive or more expensive than Coke machines? Jeff Walters solved our problems. Not only does his book contain all Coke machines, it also covers the machines of Pepsi-Cola, Dr. Pepper, 7-Up and Royal Crown Cola. Under each color photo of the machine, there is a brief narrative and the key specifications (capacity, size, weight, means of cooling, type of operation, years of manufacture). There are a ""rarity"" ratings and pricing estimates for an average unrestored machine and a fully restored machine. Classic Soda Machines also includes a chapter on the different companies that manufactured the machines for the soda companies and a listing of the soda collecting clubs you can join. This paperback book is 220 pages in length. The third edition, released in October 1999, is 328 pages and contains over 275 color photos.
