Description: These CIGAR Band items are not found that frequently, but are Victorian in style and an interesting way of preserving and displaying old colorful cigar bands. This dish measures 6", 1 1/4" h., and is centered with a vitorian photo of a woman - a little faded but still visible. There is a little fading around the edge where some moisture got in, but no cracks or chips in the dish. Typical of how these were done, the back is mounted with felt.
