Description: Souvenir leather pouch from the Chicago World's Fair, made in U.S.A., 1933-34. Has a fringed bottom, a snap closure and a leather handle. Measurements do not include the handle. The fringe has one piece that is torn, but still attached. The snap closure is rusted closed and is torn underneath the flap where someone has tried to open it - cannot be seen from the front. Personalized "Billy Ruth". Embossed on front, Century of Progress Chicago - 1933-34 and on back is embossed with the travel building and marked Genuine Leather, Made in U.S.A. Great collectible.
