Description: Solid Cherry two piece roll top desk with bookcase on top. This exceptional case piece was homemade CA. 1880’s the form is somewhat Victorian but, the top crown appears to have some period form giving it a most unusual refine look. The hardware is all original and has been polished and lacquered with some drawers retaining the original locking mechanism. The knee hole for sitting is large, allowing a large person easy access with a chair.
