Description: Special 20th Anniversary Cheer Bear. He was made for Carlton Cards & tag is dated 2002. This style of Care Bear is no longer being made. He is new old stock with his original hang tag. The bear measures approximately 8" tall. The bottom of his feet are white hearts! He is new old stock.
