The following information is inscribed on the back: This view Causeway Bay from the North West with Kellet Island in the right background is reproduced from one of twelve original prints now in the Collection of the Government of Hong Kong, and is dated 28 September, 1846. The original was drawn by M. Bruce and lithographed by A. Maclure in two colours, water-colours being added at a later date. Printed and Published by the Government Printer, Hong Kong Price $3.00 Crown Copyright Reserved. Lithographed in seven colours
Professionally mounted and framed in Hong Kong, the vintage print measures, 12.50" H X 17.75" W X 00.75" D, including the wooden frame.
