Made by the Meriden Silver Co. of Meriden Connecticut .This castor is of silver plate & very streamline in design. The cruet bottles are also very simple with a delicate etched floral design around the top half of the bottles & just above w the bottles sit into the compartments are simple cut ovals. The mustard pot of this set appears to be a replacement; it is slightly different in style. The entire caster is in good condition, with no silver loss & it revolves just fine. Not only is this castor a sweet part of an era gone by, but it is actually a very useful item for the table, you can actually use it! Measuring 14” high x 6” diameter. This would also make a great gift for any occasion for the antique lover in your life!
