Description: Rare and unusual is this copper-washed metal case novelty clock featuring a boy on a dog. This clock is not signed, and the 30 hr (time only) movement, filigree bezel, porcelain dial, and beveled glass are not original (had been replaced 35 yrs ago). This case, (although not signed), looks like it might be Golden Mfg Co. There is an illustration in Swedberg's "American Clocks and Clockmakers" 1989-pg. 146. This novel timepiece is ticking strong & the case looks great. Will be sold "AS IS". A special addition for a collector of figural novelty clocks.
