This regal antique French Coat of Arms could have been attached to a pair of gates at the entrance of a chateau or used in its interior over a mantel or on a wall. Coats of arms with crowns represent the families of Royalty. Everything on a coat of arms has a particular meaning and requires a good amount of time to research. Since a patent was applied for on this particular one, it should have some interesting importance.
