Description: Produced in Czechoslovakia, c 1940s. this cased pink glass dresser jar has gold overlay rings and trimming and a knob shaped finial. Additionally adorned with a 2 inch wide heavy gilded band on the jar that is embossed with sailboats and galleons on the ocean waves, with flying birds all around them. Part of the original label is present ad reads "D.F.S. Genuine Bohemia" and with a partial Czechoslovakia visible. Measuring 5 inches tall x 4 3/4 inches in diameter and a 4 inch diameter low foot. With only slight wear to the gold trim both jar and lid are in excellent condition.
