Description:
Carved stone water fountain from Baroque church, France, 17th century. Fair condition, this fountain comes apart into three pieces: bowl, column and base. The bowl is carved with angels, the column is carved in a spiral pattern, and the base has a gargoyle or dragon head at each corner (wear on the base makes them difficult to see in the photo). The column has been repaired professionally where it was cracked. It is a solid repair and is difficult to see.

Location: France Bénitier en pierre sculpté, 18ème. Il démonte en trois pieces (coupe, colonne et socle) Anges sur la coupe, têtes des gargouilles sur chaque coin du socle. Bon état, la colonne était restaurée par un spécialiste (un ancien cassure, mais maintenant presque invisible et solide)
