Description: Early 20th century necklace of graduated carved ivory beads - carved honeycomb beads alternating with carved elephant beads. Central larger elephant bead. Barrel screw clasp, also in ivory. Has been restrung at some stage, as it’s strung on nylon, which is a bit loose, but this is easily adjustable. Necklace measures 54.5 cm long (21.1/2 inches). Very good condition beads.
