Description:
The type of button I have used here to create these earrings is called Moonglow. They have 2 flowers nicely ringed by two rows of beads. I have these available in amber and green base glass. The iridescence of these are not electric, but still beautifull and very subtle. The amber glass has shaded of lavender, pinks and blue. The green glass ones have more of a blue iridescence all over them.. They are 23mm (7/8")in diameter.
I have made these georgous earrings from glass buttons. I am guessing that most of these buttons are from the mid 1900's. The wires are gold plated and the earring back is the plastic disk stabilizer type. I know you will enjoy wearing them as much as I enjoyed making them. I can also make them in a clip-on style if you don't have pierced ears. Just send me an email.
