It is made by the silversmith firm Keltum, famous in Holland for their silver plated ware.The quality is super.There is a ring of royal blue enamelling accentuating where the candle is fixed.The condition is good.You can do a lot with this candlestick, entwine it with ivy at Christmas time, or with flowers in the Spring.Because of its design it is impressive just alone as an Art Object.
