Description: A very collectable Swans Down Cake Flour cake pan with double release doors. This specimen has a small sliding door on opposite sides of the pan to aid in the release of the finished cake. This is a very clean example that still has a nice bright tin finish. Both of the doors open and close freely and there are no dents or dings. A great addition to any collection and real fun to cook with.
