Description: Gorgeous Rococo Victorian burled walnut etagere cabinet. It has two graduated serpentine front shelves with half round molding around the edges. The crest, shelf drops, and supports are all intricately open carved. Original mirrors are in the back of the gallery. The bottom cupboard door has a mirror (replaced) with fancy open carvings all around the edges. The back of the mirror has felt and there is a shelf in the interior. There is both a key and knob to open the door. The top, front and sides of this cabinet are all made out of the most gorgeous grained burled walnut. It was likely made by Alexander Roux, NYC but we can't make a definite attribution. It is a spectacular cabinet! Circa: 1860 Dimensions: 71.5"H x 35"W x 20"D Finish: There was little finish left on this when we purchased it. We had it French polished to bring out the fabulous original patina Price: $8950.00
