Description: BULOVA DIVERS 666ft. AUTOMATIC DAY DATE BOW TIE CUSHION CASE DEPLOYMENT 40mm Circa: 1974. This Bow Tie style and condition, attracts a lot of attention. Extremely rare low production Bulova high Grade Divers model. A very few of this Bow Tie style cushion cases were produced in 1972 and were finally introduced in 1974 with an automatic date movement (Case marked: "N2", movement marked: "N4". The bright colored original dial is marked with bright Orange markers and the bracelet and head are all like new unused condition.
Notes: This Bulova model was produced to compete with the best divers models of it's day. In 1974 Rolex was rated at 660 feet, this model is rated at 666ft. Extremely interesting, high grade, and very collectible among early divers models. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: Mint and marked: "BULOVA/ Automatic" and 666ft with bright white hands, Orange figure marks and a day date window. Like new condition bright colors.
MOVEMENT: 3/4 plate gold, pendent quick set day and date, automatic platform marked: "Bulova watch Co. Swiss". Also signed: "N4", #11 AO ACB, "17 Seventeen Jewels". Free of distraction with bright color.
CASE: 40mm diameter without the crown, by 45mm in length, and 14mm thick. Screw back all stainless steel marked "N2" on back. Bow Tie style and shape head with the original full length deployment bracelet marked: "BULOVA". All surfaced like new and original satin finish with polished gloss trims.
