Description: This is a delightful brooch. It is handmade although I cannot define the silversmiths mark. It is American circa 1940, which makes it late Art-deco. The marcasites are hand set and it is highlighted with translucent yellow and green enamel. It is hallmarked sterling with the silversmiths mark. The quality and condition are excellant. It is one of the most charming silver brooches that I have had! It weighs 10 gramms. The swan brooch measures the following: Height: 1.25 ins. ~ 3.3 cm. Width: 2 ins. ~ 5 cm.
