This item has the printed signatures of the Company’s Chairman/CEO (Eli Broad) and Secretary and is over 9 years old. Broad Inc.'s name was changed to Sun America in February 1993. Eli Broad. AGE - 66; born June 6, 1933. EDUCATION: BA in accounting from Michigan State University, 1954, cum laude. CAREER: Certified public accountant 1954-56; co-founded Kaufman and Broad, Inc., one of country's largest home builders, 1957; bought Sun Life Insurance Co. in 1971 and renamed it SunAmerica, Inc. in 1993; current chairman and CEO of SunAmerica and member of board of directors of American International Group, Inc., SunAmerica's parent company.
