Description:
These outstanding, 1920s sconces are concurrently modest and beguiling. The oval- shaped and edge-framed, brass, back plate supports a center platform. Resting on one side of this platform is a classic Adam Style urn, and curving out from the opposite side is the sconce's smooth, U-curved arm; both are accessorized by a floret button. The arm branches out to meet a square and frosted shade. These wall lamps are in excellent condition, have been professionally rewired, and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctional antique turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we would gladly replace them with new ones if so desired. These are 7” long, 5” wide and protrude 8 ˝” from the wall.
