Description: A terrific frame for that special photo. Solid cast brass frame features Cupid holding a torch and grasping the lines to the sail. The ship is riding the waves in high relief. The sail opens from the back with a series of screws holding the brass back plate on. An easel back allows you to set this frame on any flat surface. No markings on the casting, but a gilt patina to the face showing wear.
