Description: Philadelphia high style Centennial Chippendale style block front mahogany slant lid desk. The slant lid has a raised carved shell on each side of a recessed shell. The front of the desk has a lovely block front shape with shell carvings, original cast brass hardware, and a rope turned molding on the base. The case rests on six ball in claw carved feet.
