Description: A very attractive club style purse, circa late 1970's, Looks like velvet but it is actually genuine suede leather. Made in Italy exclusively for Eaton's Department Store of Canada. Eaton's was a very high end department store, since gone out of business. Bright gold tone frame with a "ball" snap close. Two labels inside, which I have photographed. The purse opens very wide, no interior pockets. The interior is a black leather-like material. Both the inside and outside of this purse is in excellent condition and looks never to have been used. Black leather piping around the bottom of the purse. Measurements are 7-1/2" inches along the top of the frame and 10-3/4" inches along the bottom. The depth is 3-1/4" inches. The slim shoulderstrap is non adjustable and has a drop of 20-1/2" inches to the top of the frame. Looks never used.
