Description: This black satin glass basket ia in very good condition. I believe this was produced by the Tiffin Glass Co. Perhaps in the late '30's-late '40's era. Hand decorated with an enamelled bird and flower motif. Stands 10.5 in. tall and the flared top measures 6.75 x 4 in. The handle appears to be molded rather than applied. I think the colorful bird is perhaps a parrot. Well done and the true satin finish that Tiffin did so well. An awesome vintage addition to your basket collection. No chips, nicks, etc.
