This pocket guide is based on the more comprehensive book, Bit and Spur Makers in the Vaquero Tradition: A Historical Perspective which has 650 stunning color photographs of bit and spur makers from more than 45 collections. It has an extensive index and bibliography as well as complete biographies of more than 100 makers.
