Description: Great antique pattern glass covered jar! Tall covered footed jar in a pattern known by many names: Viking, Bearded Viking, Old Man of the Mountain, Bearded Head, Hobbs Centennial, King of the Mountain, Prophet.

Circa 1876

The flared jar has 3 feet with the face of a bearded man. The same man is on the top of the domed cover.

MEASURES: 5-1/8 inch across base, 5 inches at mouth, 8-1/2 inches tall

Very good condition. No chips, cracks, dings or repairs. Only some spoon marks inside.
