Description:
This beautiful pottery mug with large Elk is artist signed and numbered on the bottom: V RM (in a circle)/#3710. With cobalt blue as the background the elk and forest scene are in colors of beige, brown and green with an antler horn pattern handle. I have seen sets made by Gerz in West Germany that consisted of a large May Wine Bowl with Lid and usually came with 12 matching mugs. This mug is exquisitely detailed, is in unused condition and measures 3 1/4 inches tall, 4 3/4 inches (rim to handle) and 3 1/4 inches wide. I have 2 of these mugs in stock, both are marked exactly the same. Price quoted is for each one ordered. A wonderful addition to any Pottery, Artist Signed or Western Germany Mug Collection.
