Description: Heavy Brass with a painted Art Nouveau picture on the base of a lady on her horse, a bird and lots of foliage in colors of rust and green and beige. Some damage to the left and back of the lefthand inkwell. The inkwells have shell tops,they are heavy lead crystal with brass hinged lids.. The whole has a green baize bottom.
