Description: An art nouveau silver dress cane of the very highest quality, with a modified pistol grip handle fashioned into a reclining nude covered with clusters of gilded grapes. In her right hand a goblet, in her left a pitcher. A Bachanalian triumph and art nouveau tour de force, the handle set on a tall and decorative silver overlaid plinth. Ebonized shaft and long bimetal ferrule. Handle: 41/3", collar 3 1/3" x 3/4". Overall length: 37 1/2".
