Description: Wearing a nouveau vintage gold filled snake watch that has this fabulous mucha raised relief goddess locket will cause people to stop and stare and to praise you for your taste in unusual and beautiful jewelry. In the 20's this was a popular style to hang charms and love tokens from old watch chains. This locket is in the shape of a thick antique pocketwatch and has an old photo of a victorian bride which has aged with time. The woman on the front of the locket is quite beautiful and she is well made and has good weight to her. From the large round antique clasp hangs an old tiny heart locket with a green stone. The large locket has a really sturdy hinge and closes well and could hold your photo of your loved on in it. The gold filled snake chain ( marked on the clasp) that actually fits around the neck is 16" and the drop from that is 5" including the locket. ( see photo of the locket next to a dime to get the idea of how large this is).
