Description: This is a great set of 7 'Lands and Peoples' books from 1946 (originally printed in 1929 hence the great Art Deco type covers). The set is in excellent, almost new, condition with thousands of pictures (OVER 500 OF THEM ARE FULL COLOR PLATES). Many of the full page full color plates are of North and South American natives as well as other peoples of the world and picturesque landscapes and famous buildings and cities etc. I would imagine a dealer might cut out the color plates and even if they only sold for an average of $1.00 each he could make quite a bundle...hint..hint! S&H would probably be $20.00 U.S. or so within North America as the set is fairly heavy. Overseas shipping would be very expensive. Thankyou for viewing.
